Archer Recruitment is pleased to be working with an independent construction consultancy in the commercial fit-out market to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to its expanding team. The company is based in the City, close to Liverpool Street station, and has a hybrid working policy with 2-3 days a week in the office.
Working as part of a small but experienced team, the Quantity Surveyor will work on Cat A & B fit-out and refurbishment projects for blue-chip commercial clients in London.
The QS will work on both pre and post-contract stages of projects, and there will also be an element of project management involved.
Candidates should have a relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or similar, and be MRICS chartered. Previous consultancy experience working in the commercial fit-out sector is preferable.
This role will pay up to £65k salary dependent on level of experience, plus benefits including private healthcare, life cover, pension, professional subscriptions and 25 days annual leave.
