Shift Pattern:
Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm Oliver Carol Recruitment has partnered with an aspirational food manufacturer, who continues to expand and diversify their product portfolio. This transformational journey has led the business to expand key departments, with Hygiene being the latest. We are seeking a proven Hygiene Manager to facilitate this growth, increasing the overall team by 40% while ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained. Key Responsibilities: Preparing, reviewing, and updating service documentation including risk assessments, method statements, and training evidence. Taking an active role in customer visits and audits, including the presentation and explanation of necessary due diligence information. Monitoring and challenging efficiency, service levels, and labour utilization to maximize operational effectiveness. Maintaining all paperwork associated with the above responsibilities, ensuring compliance with legal and auditing standards at all times. A prerequisite for this role is an FMCG Food Manufacturing background, coupled with a strong understanding of the microbiological hygiene standards required.
