We are seeking a Technical Presales Consultant to act as the IT technical lead for our sales and account management teams. This role is critical in building client trust, crafting cutting-edge solutions, and driving our technical innovation. Your expertise will bridge the gap between technical solutions and client needs, playing a pivotal role in designing roadmaps and delivering differentiated solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Leadership:

Serve as the technical expert during client meetings, providing reassurance and outlining IT roadmaps. Collaborate with the sales team to design innovative, client-focused solutions. Build and maintain trusted client relationships, showcasing technical expertise as a unique selling point. Solution Development & Strategy:

Design solutions focused on transitioning from on-premises infrastructure to cloud environments, with a focus on Microsoft technologies (Azure, M365, and associated services). Integrate security solutions, including firewalls, EDR, MDR, SIEM, and SOC tools. Produce detailed topology mapping for clarity in solution designs. Internal Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:

Liaise with implementation and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Stay ahead of IT trends and technologies through vendor engagement and continuous learning. Mentor colleagues and provide training on emerging technologies. Sales Support & Innovation:

Provide technical expertise during pitches, proposals, and presentations. Develop compelling technical roadmaps to secure new business and strengthen existing client partnerships. Work across departments to align proposals with operational capabilities and objectives. Skills & Qualifications:

Essential: Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, M365, and associated technologies. Experience designing solutions for transitioning from on-premises to cloud environments. Knowledge of security tools (e.g., firewalls, EDR, MDR, SIEM, SOC). Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to support sales teams and build client trust. Commitment to staying updated on IT innovations. Desirable: Experience in a pre-sales or client-facing technical role within IT services or MSPs. Familiarity with vendor engagement and technology updates. Certifications in Microsoft Azure or security disciplines (e.g., CISSP, CCSP). Join Us:
