What will the Head of Finance role involve?
Overseeing all financial and operational activities for the owner's personal and business interests, ensuring financial planning, compliance, and governance;
Managing IT, capital expenditures, and building projects to drive operational efficiency and growth;
Manage tax compliance, financial governance, and payroll administration;
Implementing and maintaining robust financial systems and controls to streamline operations;
Administering personal family matters, including insurance policies, utilities, and invoice management;
Liaising with external advisors and financial institutions for property transactions, loans, and governance needs.
Suitable Candidate for the Head of Finance role:
A proven track record of financial planning, reporting, and governance;
Previous experience within retail, FMCG, or property-related sectors would be an advantage, as would experience in capital expenditures, complex projects, and asset administration;
Knowledge of UK tax regulations and compliance standards.
