Position Overview: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at ShipperHQ, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our market-leading shipping management platform. We're seeking a driven and collaborative individual with a positive mindset to contribute to our fast-paced, highly rewarding environment. Responsibilities: Lead technical initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, QA, and DevOps teams to innovate and deliver new features. Maintain and enhance the quality and stability of our existing product within established systems. Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster their professional development. Collaborate with technical operations teams to swiftly resolve customer-impacting issues. Ensure transparent communication on progress with remote team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent field. 5+ years of commercial software development experience with a strong background in full-stack development using Node.js and React.js. Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and GraphQL, with a focus on test-driven development and adherence to coding standards. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving across system-wide challenges. Thrivesin dynamic, rapidly growing environments and navigate ambiguity with a positive attitude. Proven ability to serve as a technical lead, guiding teams and projects to success Bonus Points for Experience in: Startup or small company environments GraphQL, AWS, Rails, SaaS, or high-traffic environments Why ShipperHQ?
