Date: Jan 11, 2025 Location: UK, Virtual, EUROPE Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team Manager, Hotel Performance and Revenue Management (Remote) Full-time, United Kingdom, Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Canada, United States The Manager, Hotel Performance and Revenue Management is accountable for assisting in maximizing our hotel strategy with key partners. This role will live and breathe data with the ability to create actionable insights. They will work with both commercial and technology teams to implement key strategies. The ideal candidate can get into the weeds with data and is comfortable using technology, including proprietary BCD tools and platforms such as the GDS. They get excited to test new concepts with data-driven results. They are organized, precise, and laser-focused on outcomes that grow hotel performance and revenue. As a Manager, Hotel Performance and Revenue Management, you will Work with key stakeholders, including Supplier Management, Technology, Finance, Operations, and Program Management to maximize our hotel strategy with key partners Keep a pulse on hotel trends, including granular booking trends and macro changes in the industry Thoroughly understand our hotel partnership agreements and commercial models Work with internal & external technology platforms to ensure content is optimized for clients, travelers, and consultants Drive campaigns targeting different user groups, including travel consultants and direct-to-travelers Proactively create insights based on hotel booking trends, ADR, shifts in patterns, etc. Support hotel partner strategy by providing quantitative and qualitative feedback during contract negotiations Create standard data reports and slides used for internal and external presentations Report and measure preferred and non-preferred supplier performance initiatives About you Previous experience in the travel/hotel industry Strong analytical and reporting experience Technical knowledge of databases and reporting capabilities GDS and any Point of Sale tool experience a plus Ability to work independently and be self-directed, requesting assistance or interaction with others as needed Ability to listen, ask probing questions, apply knowledge, and implement successful solutions About us We’re a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world’s best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Manager, Hotel Performance and Revenue Management is between $55,000 and $75,000.
