Your new role The Business Process Analyst will join an innovative, fast-paced team that is undergoing a period of transition and transformation. Working as part of the Cyber Resilience Team, you will be responsible for understanding business processes and mapping them, liaising with several key stakeholders as well as third parties, eliciting requirements and organising and facilitating meetings and workshops.
You will utilise process mapping for current state analysis and future proposals (BPMN) and support the continuous improvement of processes throughout the business.
What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate: A proven track record of having worked as a Business Process Analyst / Business Analyst / Business and Process Analyst Strong business process mapping and customer journey modelling experience Proven experience working with MS Visio (Pro) Strong knowledge of the BPMN standard Excellent stakeholder management, relationship management and communication skills Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Azure DevOps) would also be an advantage If you have any experience of working on Cyber projects / programmes this would be an advantage although it is not essential
