The ideal candidate will bring hands-on financial management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Key Attributes: Strong experience in SME finance roles, including transactional finance and management accounts. Part-qualified, AAT qualified, or qualified by experience; full qualification not required. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient in accounting software and confident with Excel.
