Key Responsibilities: Operational Strategy & Leadership : Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, aligning operations with long-term goals. Lead and mentor the Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Cuisine teams. Take a turn at being hands on when needed. Budgeting & Financial Oversight : Collaborate with the CFO to set budgets, manage costs, and drive profitability. Employee Engagement : Lead recruitment, training, and retention initiatives, fostering a positive, collaborative team culture. Risk Management & Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety standards, manage risks, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Customer Experience : Maintain high standards of service and improve guest satisfaction through continuous operational improvements. Sustainability & Innovation : Champion sustainable practices, maintain Gold Qualmark accreditation, and implement technology upgrades to enhance efficiency. Strategic Planning & Change Management : Contribute to long-term strategic planning and lead organizational changes effectively.
