We are looking for a strong administrator to support the QA and Compliance team with their administration. There will be plenty of training, and my client likes to recruit from within where possible, providing lots of potential for growth.

Summary/Objectives:

To support the business in all aspects of quality assurance - ensuring compliance with International Standards, customer requirements, and expectations in an effective and positive manner. Manage the Company Approved Supplier List. Manage New Suppliers within the Quality System and ERP. Maintain the internal database. Report to industry in relation to counterfeit mitigation. Provide regular Quality Performance metrics. Manage and Control the Company RMA and RTV process. Knowledge, Skills, and Personal Attributes

Qualifications, Key Competencies, and Experience

Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other core applications. Hold a valid UK driving licence. Essential:

Experience in administration tasks. Strong interpersonal and team working skills. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work flexibly and independently. Excellent written and spoken communication abilities. Willingness to travel. Desirable:

Knowledge/Awareness of ISO/AS quality management standards. Perks and Benefits:
