Global Programme Manager, Global Programme Mgt. At Jabra, a part of the GN Group, The Global Account Function supports and coordinates our Key Global Accounts and International Opportunities for Business Solutions. The function also works with the Jabra Sales Regions to develop relationships with Key Global Partners to support the needs of the Accounts. As the Global Accounts vary in opportunity, presence, and needs, Jabra serves the Global Accounts at a competitive level by leveraging from local presence for more personal sales and support, while still addressing the account’s global needs and interests – Think Global – Act Local. Therefore our Global Accounts function is very much about

coordination

and using Jabra’s

internal networks

and solutions to address different Customers’ needs & Requirements. As the Global Account Program Manager (GAPM) you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the global program by establishing, growing, leveraging, and coordinating the relationships between the sales lead, the identified Jabra Sales teams in different countries, and the various Global Accounts and their partners. The key areas of responsibilities include: Coordinate account activities with various internal and external stakeholders Conduct in-depth analysis and follow up on trends, sales performance, and product transitions Support the development of regional and global customer-related strategies Coordinate account planning and account presentations Lead projects related to large bids and proposals Perform pricing simulations, challenge assumptions, and create price requests for Sr. Mgt. Handle contract negotiations and management Participate in the optimization of our work processes, striving for best practices within the program management disciplines What we think you'll need to succeed: Ideally, you hold a degree combined with 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales project management, or other sales-related activities. Experience in the enterprise market, paired with a proven understanding of account management, Unified Communications, and Contact Centre technologies. In addition, demonstrated project management capabilities is preferred. Skills and competencies with a customer and commercial focus: Extroverted, honest, proactive, and skilled in relationship management, negotiation, and diplomatic communication. Capable of understanding and managing global, regional, and cultural differences among key stakeholders, partners, and customers. Advanced Excel user with the ability to handle large datasets, simplify and analyze product and pricing trends, and derive actionable insights and strategies. Proficiency with MS365, amongst others PowerPoint as well as having worked with CRM system(s) before. Experienced in commercial contract handling and legal matters. Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving, planning and organizing, as well as the ability to follow up and facilitate teamwork in a project manager type of role. Ability to influence others and work naturally with all levels of a global organization. Fluent in English (both oral and written). Proficiency in other Asian or European languages is an advantage. Additional Information: As a global position, there is an expectation of flexibility of working hours as you may be covering all various time zones including Asia and North America. In addition to this, around 10-20 days of travel per year. This is a hybrid position requiring at least 2-3 days in the office per week.
