£40k+ Company Benefits: Competitive salary Pension scheme Death in service benefit 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Expensed travel Support for professional development and training About the Role: Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive IFA Administration Manager to lead their administration team in supporting financial advisers and delivering exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in financial services administration, excellent organisational and leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and efficiency. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IFA administrators, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction. Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and provide ongoing development opportunities. Delegate tasks effectively to manage workloads and ensure deadlines are met.

Operational Management:

Oversee the processing of new business applications, client reviews, and administrative tasks. Ensure all records and documentation meet compliance standards and company protocols. Implement and refine processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

Monitor administrative activities to ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies. Manage and safeguard data integrity across client management systems.

Client and Adviser Support:

Act as a point of escalation for complex administrative queries from both clients and advisers. Collaborate closely with financial advisers to support a seamless client journey.

Systems and Reporting:

Manage and optimise the use of platforms such as Intelligent Office, Aegon, Aviva, and other provider systems. Generate and analyse reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in financial services administration, with previous experience managing a team. In-depth knowledge of IFA operations, platforms, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Intelligent Office and provider platforms (e.g., Aegon, Aviva). Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing demands effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent (or working towards it).
