Domestic Supervisor

Candidates who have previously applied within the last 3 months need not re-apply. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Domestic Supervisor. You will take on the rewarding role of supporting the management team within the Facilities Department. You will assist in the day-to-day organisation and supervision of the Domestic Services. The main purpose is to ensure safe, effective, and compliant cleaning services are delivered and maintained. In this busy role, you must be able to exercise effective leadership skills in managing performance and directing the FM cleaning services team. You will be required to communicate with ward and departmental managers and will be responsible for monitoring quality standards, compliance, and taking or facilitating appropriate action as required. You should have previous experience, be able to plan in advance, and be well-organised. You must also be flexible, reliable, and hardworking with enhanced communication skills at all levels. Experience in IT skills is essential to this role. The post is subject to a shift pattern including evening, weekend, bank holidays, and occasional night shifts. MTW is a large acute hospital trust in the south-east of England.
