Full Time, 40 hours per week Are you a customer service superstar looking for a new opportunity in Bristol? Our client, a leading organisation in the contact centre industry, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor. Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all jobs are processed and booked efficiently. Review jobs to ensure parts check, authorisation, and validation before the appointment date. Proactively contact customers to book appointments. Complete and submit insurance authorisation requests. Respond to emails promptly and provide suitable responses. Liaise with colleagues to communicate any booking changes or amendments. Collaborate with branches to achieve targets. Key Deliverables:

Ensure all jobs are booked and validated as per contractual requirements. Achieve utilisation and productivity targets. Process work in accordance with compliance guidelines. Meet team KPIs. Acknowledge and respond to emails on the same day. Submit accurate checks promptly. Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in a customer service environment. Strong communication skills with a calm telephone manner. Knowledge of company products and services. Understanding of GDPR and Treating Customers Fairly Principles. Accurate data input skills.
