About The Role

We are looking for a candidate who is available to support a Framework Director with a wide range of administrative duties. The role is available on a temporary basis immediately and for the right candidate, it may lead to a more permanent role in the future.

Location: Bamber Bridge, Preston

Hours of Work: Full time - 40 hours (Monday to Friday) - Flexibility is required and the ideal candidate would be able to commence work between 7.30 - 8am on most days.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Responsibilities

Supporting the director on a day-to-day basis with diary management Arranging meetings Taking minutes Gathering information Speaking to staff and updating them with information Producing high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and for the client Other support administration duties There will be a need to attend meetings in the Northwest as well as at our offices in other locations - Yorkshire Region.

Experience Strong administration skills Experience of supporting managers at a senior level Excellent PowerPoint skills Minute taking Confident communication skills with staff, management, and external clients Able to work under own initiative Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
