£396.33 - £499.00 per Day Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be expected to lead on the creation of a Service Design Pack for our existing Oracle Fusion instance, working closely with other team members and SMEs within the business. The team is responsible for maintaining Oracle Fusion and experience in working with that solution would be preferable, along with demonstrating confidence and prowess in other relevant areas. Create the Service Design Pack for the Oracle Fusion System at Lancashire County Council. Work closely with business colleagues to capture responsibilities and SLAs. Requirements: You will have a solid understanding of service design including: Requirements gathering Documentation Change management Test management Risk and defect management Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
