I am actively working with a leading national mental health charity to recruit a reputable, passionate, and care-focused registered manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a homely residential setting for adults with a mental health diagnosis in Newcastle under Lyme. Employed on a full-time basis, you will work closely with the senior management team to ensure the smooth operation of your residential service. You will be responsible for ensuring the service operates effectively and complies with both CQC and company guidelines. Effective staff management and team coordination, as well as building strong relationships with external agencies and family members, is essential for the registered manager role. This is the perfect opportunity for a highly committed, professional, and person-centred manager who wants to make a difference in the lives of the people they support while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
