Location: Hull Salary: Up to £13.50 per hour, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Provide respectful personal care and practical support to service users. Develop and review aspirational support plans tailored to individual needs. Supervise and guide staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Collaborate with families and professionals to maximise outcomes for service users. Assist in operational management, including rota creation and quality monitoring.

What You'll Need to Succeed: At least two years' experience in providing care to older people. A warm, respectful, and person-centred approach. Supervisory experience or the ability to supervise a team. Excellent communication and organisational skills.

This role requires flexibility to work on a rota, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. On-call duties are also part of the role.
