Responsibilities:
Assess the nutritional needs of patients referred from GP practices, community clinics, or hospitals. Develop and implement personalized dietary plans to manage conditions such as diabetes, obesity, malnutrition, gastrointestinal disorders, or food allergies. Monitor patients' weight, BMI, or other health indicators to track the effectiveness of nutritional interventions. Develop guidelines for nutrition-related care in schools, care homes, or community centres.
Qualifications and Requirements: Fully enhanced valid DBS Community experience required. Nutritional experience essential.
