Job Description: Credit Hire Paralegal
Location: Preston
Firm: High Street Firm
Salary: Up to £25,000 dependent on experience
About Our Client:
Join a local high street firm which has lawyers who have a combined experience of over 15 years in all matters including immigration, medical negligence, personal injury, probate and family related matters.
Position Overview:
My client is looking to hire a Credit Hire Paralegal who has experience with both pre-litigation and litigation processes to assist fee earners with their caseloads. The ideal candidate will have around 18 months experience and be confident with their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage caseload effectively and efficiently
Allocate and input all incoming Court proceedings to the relevant fee earners file
Liaise with clients, Courts and other parties
Prioritise workload based on priority
Ensure client MI is accurately input across all files
Ensure files are kept within ISO 9001 guidelines
Full-time office based but offers flexible working.
