Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors on a freelance / contract basis.
Our client is a regional main contractor who specializes in new build and refurbishment projects up to £30m in build cost. They have a strong market reputation, particularly in the South East of London and are currently managing over 9 live schemes in Greater London. Kenna has done business with them for years, and now they seek another addition due to the workload in their commercial/surveying team.
The project is a £12m refurbishment of a public building, and the programme is only 2-4 weeks old, making it a great time to get involved.
Initially, they are seeking a strong project-running senior surveyor to step in and manage the project from procurement to final accounts. Candidates must have CVR experience and a strong refurbishment background.
The ideal candidate will have a degree-qualified background (or similar) and a short/immediate notice period, as they are looking for someone to start within the next 7 days.
