Managing and controlling all commercial aspects of projects Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations Preparing and analysing cost reports Negotiating and procuring subcontracts Advising on and resolving contractual and commercial issues Providing financial reporting and forecasting Liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery Ensuring security equipment aspects are evaluated and integrated Job Requirements:
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the water construction sector Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Experience with NEC3 contracts Knowledge of security equipment within construction projects Ability to produce detailed cost reports and financial forecasts Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities Relevant degree or professional qualification in quantity surveying or a related field If you are a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor with a solid background working with NEC3 contracts, please apply within.
