What You'll Do:
Review and update management systems for relevance and compliance. Work with the QHSE consultants to draft and control documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment across systems. Assist clients with SSIP accreditations and prequalification questionnaires. Collaborate with our Health and Safety Consultants and Business Administration Manager to deliver high-quality services.
What We're Looking For: Experience with document control or health and safety administration. An eye for detail having already identified the spelling mistake in this advertisement. Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Adobe. Strong organisational and communication skills.
