We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Stocken, a category C Prison located in Rutland. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without having to compromise on efficiency and quality.
Hours
The site currently offers a Monday-Friday 07:30-17:30 or 07:30-18:30.
Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holidays 08:30-17:30.
This position is full-time, and you'll receive an annual salary of up to £40,211 per annum, depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Primary Care Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will: Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions. Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, and assess patients. Undertake reception screening. Use your skills and knowledge to deliver nurse-led clinics to your patient group while being supported by a multi-disciplinary team. If you are interested in
