As a Primary Care Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will: Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions. Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, and assess patients. Undertake reception screening.
