We are looking for an ambitious, honest and self-starting Business Development professional, who has substantial experience in forging new client relationships across all areas of an organisation. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on a designated industry sector(s) in Critical National Infrastructure and to help the team with other activities as required. Additionally, Bridewell's commercial team is founded on trust, which we deeply value across the business. This creates an environment where you'll feel empowered to take ownership of your Business Development activities. You'll be someone who is self-driven and eager to succeed, while also benefiting from the continuous support and encouragement of a collaborative team. What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients to understand their security challenges and requirements, and work with our consulting and managed services teams to scope these into engagements Bridewell will deliver: Creation and execution of personal, sector-specific, business development plans and campaigns Development of opportunities through networking and events Creation of proposals and support for tender responses where appropriate Ensuring engagements have been booked in and that the work has been delivered, and that clients are happy with the quality of the work. Attending Cyber Security and industry-specific conferences and events to increase your knowledge of the industry. What we’re looking for

You’ll have experience of: Winning new business in a consulting/services orientated environment Excellent relationship building skills Strong administration and organisation skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to engage directly with clients
