This is a Senior Architectural role. It could be well suited to someone working at Associate or Associate Director level. You should have experience overseeing an Architectural team and working closely with senior colleagues of different disciplines.
We are looking for someone ideally with 5-15 years post-qualification experience. Someone that has been there and done it, and is ready to establish themselves in a leading role within a new team structure. There will be the chance to work on a wide range of Commercial, Industrial and various multi-sector project types and push the Architectural team into new sectors and areas for growth.
Some of the key criteria for this role will include:
ARB/RIBA Chartership.
Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
Proven experience in a senior/management role.
Experience working in one of the following design sectors: Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Assisted Living - or similar.
Awareness of working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
