You will be a ‘critical friend’ to your team bringing high challenge and high support to promote reflective practice and a continual learning environment. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for a team of Social Workers and be at the forefront of the delivery of our safeguarding practice. You will play a vital role in building on our learning, quality assurance and performance culture - providing leadership, direction and support that is rewarding in every sense, for every individual. Investment has been secured to ensure our most challenging young people have access to high quality therapeutic support. Looked After Children are prioritised for CAMHS assessment and intervention.
