This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a fast-paced finance team and has a strong all-round knowledge of transactional accounts. Benefits
A salary of up to £30,000 dependent on experience. Life assurance scheme. 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Potential study support towards AAT qualification, for the right candidate. Duties
Overseeing the purchase ledger function – ensuring all is coded correctly to be processed by the outsourced team. Processing all payments runs. Checking timesheets and all payroll information before submission. Supporting with accruals and prepayments. Working closely with the Financial Controller – preparing accounts up to P&L. Using XERO and Excel on a daily basis, as well as other bespoke accounting systems. The right candidate will be confident in working within a fast-paced accounting environment and will have excellent attention to detail. An AAT qualification is desirable; however, candidates who are qualified by experience will be considered.
