12 month contract with possible extensions

Hybrid working - travel to offices required
£500 per day inside IR35
Our client is looking for an experienced People Change Manager to join their team on a contract basis. You will enhance the delivery of our Large Capital Projects (both onshore and offshore).
Responsibilities:
Manage, lead and coach a small team.
Develop strong stakeholder management skills.
Create visually impactful materials and slide decks.
Lead by example and be hands-on in your approach.
