Junior Graphic Designer (m/f/d) – Account Based Marketing

What you’ll be doing: We are currently seeking a full-time Junior Graphic Designer based in the UK to join our RELEX family. As part of the Brand & Creative team, you will collaborate with a group of friendly and highly skilled professionals to create impactful visuals and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. Your creative and design expertise will be instrumental in supporting global marketing initiatives that engage our customers and prospects, driving pipeline and revenue. In this role, you will work closely with the Account-Based Marketing team to develop impactful and personalized designs that resonate with our target audience. Collaborate closely with our Demand Generation experts to produce engaging visuals for landing pages, social media, advertisement channels, PDFs, videos, and animated GIFs. Work closely with our Account-Based Marketing managers to conceptualize and create compelling and bespoke visual experiences for key target accounts. Support the broader Marketing team in creating and modifying marketing design requests. Ensure consistent application of the RELEX brand across all touchpoints. What you will bring to the table: Prior experience working as a graphic designer, either in-house or at an agency, or a degree in a related field, is preferred. Ability to provide high-quality visual materials and a portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with excellent knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator. Experience with Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects preferred. Attention to detail and an eye for both the finer points and the bigger picture to ensure all creations align with the RELEX identity. Great collaboration, communication, and prioritization skills, enabling you to meet deadlines effectively, even in a rapidly changing environment. A team player with a growth mindset.
