37 hours per week Role & Responsibilities:
Ensure the management system is compliant with current standards, regulations, and client requirements Ensure policies and strategies meet client requirements and practices Contribute and support business planning for continuous improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness Participate in and analyse company audit and assessment processes Participate in the personnel development and competency of the QESH team Manage and lead all external client and third-party company audits and assessments Play an active role in Imtech HSEQ Steering Group development activities as required Qualifications/Experience Required:
Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role Fully conversant with ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 45001 Excellent interpersonal skills, requiring continual liaison with employees, management team, clients, and external suppliers Understanding and experience of the markets in which Capula operates Ability to prioritise effectively and manage conflicting issues simultaneously Full UK driving license with willingness to travel when necessary (although the role is based at Stone) Ability to gain SC Clearance Interested in this position?
