Our fast-growing wholesale team supports an expanding network of retail partners across various regions, and we are looking for a dedicated Wholesale Associate to join us. If you have a passion for building relationships, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence with advanced Excel skills, we’d love to hear from you! About the Role

As a Wholesale Associate, you’ll play a key role in the success of our wholesale operations by onboarding new retail partners, assisting in managing accounts, and ensuring all compliance standards are met. Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities will help facilitate smooth operations and contribute to our partnerships' growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Retail Onboarding: Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new retail partners, ensuring all paperwork, agreements, and necessary documentation are accurately completed. Collaborate with internal teams to set up and test retailer accounts, including setting up SKUs, confirming pricing, and coordinating data integration as needed. Provide new retailers with product information, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements to ensure smooth initial setup and alignment with our brand standards. Account Management: Serve as a point of contact for retailer inquiries, addressing order issues, product availability questions, and account-related concerns in a timely and professional manner. Support the logistics team in tracking order fulfilment, managing reorders, and updating account information in our CRM system. Prepare and analyse sales reports, helping to identify growth opportunities and potential areas for improvement. Maintain close communication with retail partners to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on products and services. Compliance and Documentation: Monitor and ensure compliance with retailer and industry standards, including packaging, labeling, and product safety regulations. Manage and update product documentation, including specifications, certifications, and compliance documents, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available. Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve compliance-related issues and ensure all products meet retailer-specific requirements. Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless order processing and fulfilment. Assist in preparing product and account updates for internal reviews and strategy meetings. About You

1-2 years of experience in a wholesale, retail, or account management role, ideally within a B2B environment. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM and EDI systems. Understanding of wholesale compliance requirements and retailer onboarding processes is an advantage. We would love to respond to every application; however, due to the volume of applications we receive, this isn't always possible. If you have not heard within 2 weeks of applying, please assume on this occasion that your application has not been shortlisted. We may retain your CV to contact you about future employment opportunities that are being managed by The Growth Foundation Talent.
