We are looking for a seasoned energy trader to help build out a team and lead the effort to bridge trading and marketing. We would like to have the candidate's experience be no less than five years in the European markets. Primarily, the candidate will be trading customized order flow from clients via Futures/Options vs OTC Swaps/Options. Our main objective is to be a market maker and expand our suite of products for our clients to reduce their risks. We will be helping the sales side to educate clients and facilitate order flow.
Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Oversees trading within our group.
Seeks out arbitrage opportunities within the energy market.
Manages any trading risks within the portfolio.
Maintains compliance with the division’s risk policy and shares accountability for product overages.
Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
Prior work experience on an Energy trading desk.
Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, organization.
Certifications required: TBD.
Speak English fluently.
Must be authorized to work in the EU for any employer.
