* An exciting opportunity has arisen for a GP to join a forward-thinking Practice in rural West Cumbria, who are looking for an additional GP to join their team. The practice is ideally looking for a full-time / 8 session GP, though can be flexible on the days of work. The Practice is a spoke Training Practice and will occasionally have Trainees onsite, along with a diverse MDT including an ANP, Paramedic and Practice Nurses. The workload is kept as reasonable as possible with 15-minute appointments, seeing circa 30 patients per day. The role of Salaried GP pays up to £10,800 per session though there is development available to a Lead GP role with extra responsibility, allowing progression to a much higher sessional rate. This Practice is an accredited Tier 2 sponsor. Salary –
£9,500 – £12,500 per session+ + Indemnity insurance paid + NHS Pension + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave. Location –
