The new appointee will enhance the commercial financing aspects of the business, collaborating with non-finance heads and reporting to the board. The day-to-day management of the finance team is crucial, with ongoing demands for improved reporting from investors and shareholders.
The client has a strong pipeline of sites under construction, and the sales teams are experiencing increased demand for their product range, typically consisting of 3–5-bedroom homes.

Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
