Mondrian Alpha have partnered with an established Alternative Investment firm who are looking to hire a Portfolio Monitoring Associate to focus on their Real Asset assets and/or NPL portfolio and sit within their back/middle office team.
This is a broad and highly analytical role which will support across deal activity. This will work closely with the Portfolio Managers analysing portfolio and investment data and delivering detailed performance/valuation reports. You will support the Investor Relations team with ongoing fund-raising related work and support on investor queries. Finally, you will work directly with the investment team to manage the portfolio (and some deal level) reporting, this will involve coordinating with loan servicers, facility agents, sponsors and investment partners.
For this we are looking for highly analytical candidates who have minimum 3 years’ experience in the alternative investment space (NPL or Real Estate highly desirable). It is desirable to have obtained an accounting qualification or CFA and be academically strong. This role will be required to build and manipulate models on a daily basis, so it is vital to have excellent excel skills.
The firm are looking to pay between £70k - £75k as well as a generous bonus and benefits. They offer flexible working hours, and hybrid working conditions.
