Job Title: Research and QC Analyst Location: London, Westgate Full time/Permanent/Hybrid working Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Research and QC Analyst. This exciting opportunity arises from the expansion of the Screenwise project, which is undergoing a major new build to scale its reach across the UK. This role combines elements of our Panel Service Executive and Service & Solution Technician positions, supporting key tasks for both the Origin and Screenwise projects. As part of this initiative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, client-centric experience to our panelists and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Monitoring and reporting fieldwork Supporting interviewers Recruitment and panel updates Finalising recruitment materials in time for start of fieldwork Questionnaire and script checking in time for start of fieldwork Data sense-checking Preparation of reports for our clients Daily analysis of overnight viewing figures, identifying and reporting any anomalies to the team members. Participate in User Acceptance Testing of software upgrades and new products, under the guidance of senior team members. Understand Television and Internet audience measurement data. Contribute to developing tools and processes for checking and working with audience data. Profile & Skills Background in designing questionnaires, quality checking and analysing data Passion for data, research, and analysis, comfortable with dealing with datasets Analytical skills: Sense-checking the data Research design: Fieldwork approaches for recruitment Collaboration - proactive and strong self-motivated team player who is happy to lend a hand when needed Problem solving - ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrable experience of working to deadlines Performs tasks efficiently with a high level of accuracy Good organisational and administrative skills with a focus on work being correctly prioritised and completed in a timely manner Ability to multitask with a flexible attitude to work Required A methodical & logical approach to problem solving and issue analysis. Ability to work well in sometimes pressured environments. Experience of working with data processing systems / tools Communication skills - ability to convey information to technical and non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way.
