The role works as an integral part of the Culture, Engagement and ESG Team, supporting all culture and engagement activities, working closely with the Head of Culture, Engagement and ESG to deliver effective engagement, inclusion and ESG strategies. They will take an important coordination role for working groups and forums within the business. The role will coordinate the annual plan and annual communication plan for the team and prepare KPI and team dashboards for internal and external use. They will coordinate individual and discreet projects, working cross-functionally across all Directorates. Key Accountabilities

Provides general administrative support to the Culture, Engagement and ESG team to support the achievement of strategic goals. Supports the annual colleague engagement survey by developing and executing project and communications plans, liaising with external survey provider. Coordinates and reports on working groups, scheduling meetings, following up on outputs and actions and tracking outcomes. Supports the Colleague Voice Forum (CVF) by coordinating agenda items and speakers, taking minutes, following up on actions and supporting the Chair in forward planning. Coordinates all Diversity forums (Race, Disability & Neurodiversity, Menopause, Parents and Carers) ensuring meetings are appropriately scheduled, communicated and promoted. In conjunction with the L&D team, coordinates annual diversity and inclusion training and development courses and on-line learning. Develops and prepares KPI reports and dashboards for the CEE team including CVF, ESG, H&S and Diversity for internal and external use. Coordinate the annual health and wellbeing plan, ensuring awareness initiatives are well scheduled, communicated and promoted. Coordinates the Culture, Engagement and ESG annual communications plan, in liaison with the Communications Team, ensuring communications and awareness campaigns are planned and delivered effectively and to plan. Supports the management of ESG, charity activities including coordination of volunteers and volunteering opportunities and tracking charity donations for social reporting. Assists in the promotion of Culture, Engagement and ESG initiatives, deputising for the Chair of forums and meetings as appropriate. Maintains and keeps current and up to date CEE Team Exchange pages and blogs as well as the external Pay.UK website pages. Assists in diary management for the Culture, Engagement and ESG as required. Supports the management of CEE Team suppliers including contracting, invoice administration and tracking and relationship management. Supports the management of CEE risk and controls and control testing by coordinating information and data. Supports the development of CEE policy and papers through research and benchmarking activities. Undertakes other ‘ad hoc’ support and discreet projects as needed across the Culture, Engagement and ESG team. Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative, project or coordination role essential. Previous work experience in an HR or similar team a benefit. Experienced in handling highly sensitive information. Demonstrable experience of working at pace, in a busy customer-focused team. Highly IT literate with experience of HR, learning management or survey systems and tools. Microsoft Office/365 essential. Experience of managing and creating reports and KPI dashboards, including knowledge of PowerBI would be a benefit. Effective planning, coordination and organisational skills; ability to prioritise and work to specific deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively. Effective written skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to work collegiately within a team of peers, as a team member and supporting colleagues across other disciplines. Demonstrable problem-solving and decision-making skills. A ‘can do’ mindset, using initiative and creative thinking to come up with workable solutions. Drive and resolve to overcome obstacles to get things done.
