Overview A well-established Legal 500 firm with a long-standing presence in Dorset and Somerset is seeking a full-time Company Commercial Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer to join their team in Poole. This is an office-based role, with some opportunity for remote working. Who You will be working within a busy team on diverse company/commercial matters, including: Business sales and purchases Contract drafting and negotiation (e.g., Terms & Conditions, Supply, Distribution, Agency, and Franchise agreements) Corporate finance transactions Shareholder agreements and disputes Share capital restructuring Employee incentive schemes Business start-ups Succession planning Education sector work, such as academy conversions and multi-academy trusts
