Quantity Surveyor - Specialist Interiors Contractor - Kent, London, & Home Company: We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for an up-and-coming company within the interiors sector. They are an interior fit-out and drywall industry with over 10 years of experience in the industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in drywall or sub-contracting to join a dynamic and growing team, working on a wide range of exciting projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage project costs and ensure projects are completed within budget. Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for tenders. Oversee the procurement process, including issuing contracts and managing sub-contractor agreements. Monitor project progress, assess changes, and ensure that financial records are maintained. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and health & safety regulations. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a background in drywall or sub-contracting. Strong understanding of construction processes, costing, and contract management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. What's On Offer: Competitive salary up to £55,000, depending on experience. 26 days holiday plus bank holidays.
