PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER
COMMUTABLE FROM BUCKINGHAMSHIRE / NORTHANTS / BEDFORDSHIRE
Salary Guide: Up to £36-40K (Depending on Experience)
Working Hours: DOUBLE DAY SHIFT
Our client is one of the UK's leading independent sheet plants, specializing in the design and manufacture of corrugated packaging. The company is well established yet growing rapidly, currently employing approximately 100 people and is well invested with further capital projects underway. The company operates in the rapidly growing corrugated packaging market, and the materials they work with have strong green credentials.
They are currently looking for a Production Team Leader, responsible for supervising and coordinating the team to ensure smooth production during the night shift.
Requirements:
Flexographic Machine Experience but will consider other machine experience
Minimum 2 years Team Leader experience
FLT Licence - An option to carry out in-house training if required
Excellent level of communication
Ability to manage further growth on the shift
Computer literate
I.O.S.H certificated
To conduct 1-1 appraisals and disciplinaries
Learned and self-motivated
Develop a team
