You'll ideally have around 1-2 years of experience working on a service desk/IT Helpdesk already. Your responsibilities will include:
Building and configuring hardware
Responding to tickets
Logging incidents
Offering great customer service
Resolving issues in a busy environment while ensuring smooth operations in a 1st line capacity
From a technical perspective, you'll have knowledge of:
Active Directory
Microsoft 365
Laptop hardware and smartphone devices
Familiarity with laptop/desktop builds
