15th January 2025 Key Duties: Formulate and proactively maintain the Company Asset Management Plan (AMP) with all works prioritised. Lead the delivery of all capital investment projects including the Investment Fund in Bromley. Manage supplier agreements to ensure clear communication channels are in place to strengthen our company's overall performance. Act as the Company’s lead manager in its property dealings with Clients. Lead on energy conservation and environmental policies designed to reduce consumption and mitigate increases in costs. Audit and assess the performance of technical staff against the Company’s requirements and industry standards. Responsible for the line management of all personnel within the Asset Management Team. Proactively manage the insurance claims process to mitigate against losses for Mytime Active. Establish clear procurement processes to ensure maximum commercial return. Continuously improve operational delivery, quality of service and products to the consumer. Initiate and drive a healthy capital investment programme, including the build and refurbishment of facilities. Support the development of corporate-wide Quality Management Systems. Continuously improve the company’s image and credibility with all stakeholders. Manage health and safety and environmental management for Mytime Active. Be technically able and play a proactive role in securing new business. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; all employees must safeguard the health and well-being of children and vulnerable adults. Experience & Knowledge: Significant experience in driving high performance across a technical service. Experience of mitigating against losses through a lesson’s learnt approach to insurance claims. Experience of interpreting strategic organisational priorities into operational reality. Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation. Qualifications: Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multi-site/contract senior facilities management role.
