We are searching for an experienced Administrator to support our Managing Director of Operations. The purpose of this role will be to carry out administrative work in collaboration with our Operation Director’s Personal Assistant. As part of a fast-paced and ever-evolving team, this role will suit someone who is highly organised and adaptive with excellent attention to detail and a good level of proficiency in Microsoft software. Start Date:

ASAP Basic Salary: £12.40 per hour Location: Medway City Estate Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm Benefits: 33 days paid holiday, Extra day off for your birthday, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Employee Assistance Scheme, free onsite parking, paid entry to charity events to support your personal fundraising endeavours and Free Parking. Your responsibilities: Supporting the Managing Director’s PA to manage her diary. Respond to emails and enquiries in an efficient and professional manner. Assist with producing League Performance Tables and other management material in Excel. Dictation of notes for meetings and correspondences. Assist with producing engaging presentations using PowerPoint. Supporting with some HR-related tasks as needed, including booking in new candidates, maintaining accurate holiday and sickness records, etc. The ideal candidate: Excellent attention to detail. Proactive and flexible approach, able to respond to shifting priorities. Highly computer literate and demonstrable ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Teams. Great communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Detailed and focused approach, ability to record and manage data accurately, and in accordance with GDPR and legislation requirements. An efficient timekeeper, skilled in managing both your own and others’ time. A minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute. Previous experience in a similar administrative role would be beneficial.
