A reputable law firm in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with a focus on financial matters and divorce cases. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional with at least 2 years PQE to join a dynamic team and contribute to a thriving family law practice. Key Responsibilities:

Handle a variety of family law matters, with a strong emphasis on financial settlements and divorce cases. The successful candidate must be adept at managing complex financial issues related to divorce. Represent clients in court, requiring travel to Derby, Nottingham, and Leicester as needed. Although the role offers flexibility with remote working, the candidate must be available to attend court proceedings in person. Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and empathetic support throughout the legal process. Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all times. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Share expertise and provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed. Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 2 years PQE, with a strong background in family law, particularly in financial matters and divorce. Candidates with more experience are also encouraged to apply. Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to manage a demanding caseload effectively. Strong analytical and negotiation abilities are essential.
