This is a new role, designed for a growth-obsessed marketer ready to take the next big step in their career. As part of Veson’s Growth Marketing team, you would have the opportunity to make an impact across a variety of initiatives, including industry events, demand generation campaigns, digital marketing, and program operations.

Responsibilities
Contribute to the development, execution, and measurement of our growth marketing campaigns, including product launches, webinars, and client upsell opportunities. Manage EMEA-based industry event sponsorships, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up. Collaborate with the content, press, analyst and commercial teams to leverage and optimize lead-generating content as part of the buyer’s journey. Contribute to the development of persona-focused nurture tracks to increase conversions for unengaged or not in market prospects. Develop a strong understanding of our Data Intelligence products and the buyer’s journey to build programs that drive business growth. Support the growth marketing team by creating monthly reports, maintaining process documents and systems, and owning meeting agendas and follow up. Be the London-based marketing champion, working cross-functionally to support internal and external local marketing events. Qualifications and skills
3 – 5 years marketing experience. Knowledge of best practices for inbound marketing campaigns, lead generation, social media marketing, and email marketing. Strong proficiency in systems and tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and HubSpot. Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with numbers. Strong writing skills, experience with creating and managing briefs. Exceptional communication skills and organizational skills; the ability to successfully manage and navigate multiple projects at once, and exacting attention to detail. A proactive “can do” demeanor – a history of taking initiative on tasks both strategic and routine with a sense of urgency.
