Software Development Lead - (iLottery)

Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Software Development Team Lead to mentor our engineers in creating the next generation of interactive iLottery gaming products for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms. You will play a pivotal role in supervising the design, development, testing, and maintenance of our interactive gaming products. Based in Manchester, UK, you will lead teams to develop interactive iLottery games for an international audience. Responsibilities:

Lead a team of engineers in developing interactive web gaming iLottery products for several platforms. Combine technical expertise with effective people management skills. Lead all aspects of the creation, maintenance, and support of our iLottery products. Empower, manage, and evaluate team member performance. Supervise and support the training and development of team members. Support in the recruitment process for new team members. Collaborate with the Game Studio management team to improve product quality. Desired Skills:

Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams. Strong understanding of software management principles. Demonstrated track record of supporting engineering teams. Experience in team growth and development. Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and GIT. Preferred Skills:

Experience with PixiJS, Mobx, SpineJS, and Greensock. Familiarity with build automation tools (Maven, Yarn). Knowledge of Node/NPM. Experience with Agile methodologies. Previous gaming development experience is a plus. Expected Role Behaviours:
