Location: Hursley 5 days a week
Day Rate: £525 inside IR35

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Windows System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. If you're passionate about IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and delivering seamless support, we want to hear from you. Essential Skills and Experience: Strong experience with SCOM implementation and configuration. Proven ability to develop and customize management packs. Expertise in Windows OS administration, including patching and monitoring. Solid understanding of networking, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and network security. Hands-on experience with VMware and Active Directory. Experience in handling L2 and L3 incidents and managing incident progress. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Desirable Skills: Certifications in Microsoft technologies, VMware, or related fields.
