About the Role As a Technical Assistant, you will report directly to the Technical Manager and support the wider technical team. This role will offer you invaluable exposure to the technical department and the chance to develop key skills in a fast-paced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and raise non-conformances with suppliers, ensuring corrective actions are in place to prevent recurrence. Assist the technical team with supplier documentation and maintain accurate document control. Attend technical meetings and provide input and support as required. Manage the customer complaints system to ensure swift resolution and feedback.
Requirements:
A strong passion for the food and drink industry - this is essential! A degree in the food industry (preferred but not essential). Excellent communication skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Salary:
£25,000-£30,000
