Growth Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
Review current AI & Automation strategies; recommend amendments and improvements Project manage the full life cycle of our brand-new automation software from initiation through to implementation and then ongoing ownership of the system Own the AI strategy for QCS Staffing, ensuring we are utilizing the right AI tools while maintaining security and data protection Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Automation across all channels Own all automations within the business Develop and build automations at key touch points Work with all business units and stakeholders to plan tailored content Develop and report on testing plans to improve automation performance Provide monthly reports and insights on automation performance Implement and understand data management within our platform Stay on top of AI and automation trends and topics
Requirements:
Extensive experience in using Automation software High level knowledge and experience of using multiple AI platforms and tools Vast experience in using/managing CRM platforms Excellent knowledge of AI prompts when utilizing AI-powered chatbots (i.e. ChatGPT and Bing Chat) Experience in confidently managing a large project, full cycle Experience in the recruitment (or similar) industry would be ideal
